Hi, I'm Emily ❤️ the Maven behind Haven Maven Community

I am a shamanic and energy medicine practitioner as well as a lifelong student of yoga, meditation, astrology, plant medicine, and spiritual practices. 

I believe that we evolve over time, spiritually, philosophically, with our relationships. We are transformational beings. And, as such, are on journeys of self discovery and growth. This is the alchemy, this is the magic: That everything is alive and has spirit, or consciousness, and we are continually in process of being extraordinary. 

This site is an invitation imbued with intention. Think of it like a rain drop you catch on your tongue, or embers in a fire circle that radiate heat and hold your gaze. Think of it as the wind moving through leaves on a tree, or soft but firm earth on your bare feet. This is how I would like to engage with you--with joy, presence, intention, and support.

I guide individuals and groups through sacred space. For example, I've led classes and workshops incorporating shamanic practices, energy healing, yoga, meditation; women's circles; home and land clearing and blessings; cacao and fire ceremonies. The space we are in could be personal or public, formal or informal, event or everyday based. Experiences are designed with intention and for your needs. You express the intention, and together we will create a truly meaningful offering--one that is curated from beautiful and deeply supportive and transformative practices.
