My intention is to help ground divine energy on Earth. This human existence (this thing we call life, as the artist formerly known as Prince put it) is not always easy and sometimes we need support. Shamanic sessions involve transmuting energy with intention, unconditional love, union, alchemy, concentration, focus, imagination. Our work together is to heal what may be out of balance spiritually. You may retrieve a power animal to work with. Shamanic practices of diagnosis and extraction of spiritual intrusions may be used. A soul essence may be ready to come home to you. There will be preparation, journeying, and release. We will also talk about what changes you may need to make in your life to sustain the healing. 

In sessions, we will make sure you're comfortable in the space and can lie down in a way that you feel supported. We'll check in. I will connect with my guides (using rattles) and then journey (with a drum) for a spiritual healing. You may be guided to retrieve a power animal (if you feel power loss). There may be diagnosis and extraction (if there is something stuck or blocked in the body). Or you may have a soul retrieval (retreiving a soul part/essence that split off during a trauma and is now willing to come back home to you).

Receive healing and loving energy to balance on physical, mental/emotional, and energetic levels. Increase awareness, insights, and personal growth. Every cell in our body and every atom in the universe is in a constant state of vibration. Energies needing to be healed will adjust to the higher vibration of Reiki energy. Sessions can incorporate gentle hands-on touch or be without touch as you are comfortable. In person or distance based. Distance healing transcends time and space, will use hands off approach, and is practiced over Zoom or phone or at a designated time according to your preference. You may settle into a comfortable position with support for your body. Relaxing music may enhance your experience. Music/sounding, crystals/stones, feathers or other such tools may be used. Your intentions for healing will guide the energy to go where it is needed most.

Some benefits includes helping to relax, bringing clarity, energizing, providing calm, relieving pain, accelerating natural healing, detoxifying the body, releasing blockages, acting as a preventative for your health, changing negative conditioning and behavior.

For Animals

A simple, noninvasive, alternative therapy to help animals balance on physical, mental/emotional, and energetic levels. Reiki is used to improve the life of animals, creating balance so that healing can occur on all levels as determined by the body and mind of the recipient. Animals are very sensitive to energy and love receiving Reiki energy. Sessions can be performed using hands-on methods or from a distance. This noninvasive therapy makes it ideal for working with all kinds of animals, from domestic pets to wildlife. See list of benefits above.

$300-400, depending on time + size of space (up to 2500 sq ft)

Ceremony to clear, protect, and bless your home or land. Services may include altar building, sounding (with chimes, bells, mantras, music), sacred smudging (with sage, cedar, sweetgrass, vetiver, candles), reiki.  Grounding, centering, and healing practices used to clear stuck or heavy energies and to open up the space so that you can go about your day in a way that feels loving and supported and so that you are completely comfortable. Everyone deserves to feel at home and safe and protected.

Energetic Self Practice Workshop

Intentionally organize, protect, and contain your personal energy in a way that makes you feel present, open, grounded, and heart centered. This practice pulls from yoga energy work, energy healing modalities, shamanic practices, and even occupational therapy - deep and practical wisdom and guidance! Simple, gentle movements and breathing techniques, accessible to any body, will collect your energy into a sustainable state so that you don't give out what you don't want to and so that you do walk this Earth with peace in every step.

Some benefits of this energetic self practice includes connecting, opening, and balancing the energy centers to enhance the flow of energy in your body; promotes relaxation, diminishes pain, reduces anxiety; support wellbeing, and nurture health preventatively.

Private sessions created for you may include various styles of yoga such as hatha, kundalini, restorative, yin yoga, yoga nidra, vinyasa.

Yoga Nidra

Enter a mystical experience, soaking up starlight, and be guided through a series of sweet stretches and gentle movements to awaken the body and mind for meditation. The experience is like being on a magical carpet ride among the constellations to get in touch with universal forces within you. You will be welcomed with an open heart and an open altar with special elements and divination cards to enjoy. You'll also receive 30 minutes of pure, dreamy bliss in prolonged svasana where you can drift off and explore the unknown corners of your consciousness. Perfect for any body, experienced yogis or beginners. Everyone deserves peace and stillness in their life. 

Some benefits of yoga nidra includes activating your relaxation response and improving functioning of the nervous and endocrine systems, which affects hormones; relieving muscular, emotional, and mental tension; helping cell regeneration and repair; relaxing the mind, decreasing stress and anxiety; increasing energy, as considered yogic sleep; improving senses and bodily awareness. 

Candlelight Restorative

Transform your energy with radiant light, bathing in beautiful candlelight, and completely surrender in fully supported and nurturing poses to prepare the body and mind for sleep. The experience is like taking a flower bath to deeply let go of any muscle or joint tension and become like that hollow bone completely open and present. Release any attachments to outcomes and empty out self-limiting beliefs, fears, resentments, unhealed wounds, doubts and apprehensions & merge with what life has to offer. Be. Being here now you will become tuned in to the power and opportunity that is around you in every moment. Removing resistances, you will expand into the flow of vital life energy. Perfect heart-centered, grounding practice to cultivate compassion.

Fire ceremonies are offered in a sacred space and container for us to gather as a community and witness each other's intentions and dreams transformed in the beautiful and magical light of the fire. Bring whatever will make you comfortable, such as an outdoor folding chair and layers depending on the weather.
